*Abbaye Kids Halloween Brunch: 10am-4 pm. Kids Brunch/Lunch Menu,
Costume Contest and Pumpkin Decorating and Live Music for Kids and Parents with “The Lara & Joe Show”. 637 North 3rd Street, Philadelphia
*South Street’s Pumpkinland: Experience the city’s only downtown pumpkin patch. Enjoy pumpkin decorating, a petting zoo, pony rides, a costume contest and more fall fun under the Historic Headhouse Square Shambles and throughout the District! 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Free.
*Franklin Square’s Pumpkinfest: Paint your own pumpkin and enjoy face painting, cupcake decorating, and a costume parade. Carnival rides will fill the square for this Fall fundraiser. Tickets are $25 or $125 for a family of four. 3:00 – 6:00 pm.
*St. Peter’s School Harvest Festival. Saturday, October 29, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (raindate: Sunday, October 30). Carnival rides, pony rides, games, crafts, food, and more! Lombard Street between 3rd and 4th Streets
*Halloween Festival at Fairmount Art Center Saturday, October 29th, 3-5pm. Come in costume and join your neighbors for merry music and art making to celebrate Halloween! For the 5th year in a row, we’ll host our sidewalk bash with tons of free, festive art making for all! Create instruments for the start of the parade which leaves FAC at 5pm and bang, shake, and thump your way through Fairmount on the expanded parade route ending at the Eastern State Penn lawn, where festivities will include a movie screening and goodies of all kinds! Let’s Get Hauntingly Creative!
Sunday, October 30th:
*It’s Trick or Tweet time at Nest Philly: Enjoy a black cat treasure hunt, ghostly cupcakes, and mask decorating while the Philadelphia Zoo on wheels stops by this spooktacular event. Children will also enjoy face painting, balloon making and storytelling sessions. Cost is $10, members are free. Nestivities begin at 10 am.
*Philly in Movement Halloween party: complete with a moon bounce, palm reader, scary music, light refreshments, and, of course, their awesome rock climbing wall. Event begins at 4 pm with a suggested donation of $5 per family.
