Crayola Outdoor Colored Bubbles

Crayola has just come out with Outdoor Colored Bubbles. They are “outdoor” because they are a complete mess. All over the small container it says things like “messy fun,” “washes off, ” don’t use at weddings,” “don’t use inside.” Even with all the warnings on the label I was still disappointed with how crazy messy this product is. This is coming from a mom of two boys that has pretty much accepted mess and dirt as a part of our daily lives. But as soon as I opened the bottle my first thought was…Is this really necessary?
I am a certified bubble snob so I have to say that the solution itself is strong and long lasting (I told you I took bubbles seriously) and of good quality but *bleep* is this stuff messy. So messy that it actually is not fun. The solution is so thick the violet bubble dye solution was running down my hands, dripping on my astro turf (don’t knock it till you tried it) and when it pops on your kids…you guessed it, it leaves little “messy, fun, outdoor, colored,” marks all over them.
Having said all that it did wash out of everything. I just would not do this if you have to go anywhere in the next 30 minutes because it requires a wardrobe change and a scrub down.
*Do not give this as a gift to people you like.
*My final thought is for all the parents that only have girls….try this and you will offically know what it is like to have boys.

Wow, moms need this product about as much as we need “new and improved” permanent chalk! Thanks for the heads up, I will leave this one on the shelf at the store.
Colored bubbles + white deck= 1 sad Mommy. I do not recommend!
