Here is what sounds good to me this Friday night. Me eating award-winning Dizzy Pig BBQ featuring Ribs, Chicken & Pulled Pork. The boys chowing down on burgers, dogs & sweet corn on the cob! (sorry this is not a vegetarian/ vegan post). Me NOT having to CLEAN UP anything. Instead of cleaning up the boys and I will  be checking out a bunch of real life Matchbox Cars (Classic Car Show). After that I want to go straight up Americana and snag a FREE hayride where we can pick peaches, nectarines, apples and corn. So that Saturday morning I can turn our fresh picked fruit into a pie for Saturday’s dinner. Oh and I want a 50′s -60′s Doo-Wop Band playing in the back the entire time. Too much to ask…or is this exactly what will be happening at the Johnson’s Corner Farm BBQ Event this Friday night? You guessed it.

For my Weekend Warriors (working parents), my families with kids that need to be fully worn down to sleep and for my families that just want to spend time together without all the work. This one is for you. In addition to what I mentioned above there will be ½ Price Admission to the Discovery Barnyard & Animal Farm including Pedal Go-Carts & a Splash Pad (don’t forget swimwear for the little ones) and the Ice Cream Windows open till 9pm.
