It is time for all my Type A’s to fire up their calendars and my non Type A’s to really take one for the team right now. This special event sells out EVERY YEAR. Now this is one I have never been on but I am really looking forward to trying. Now we are about the get wholesome to the hilt on this one….

There is a Polar Express trip in Phillipsbury, NJ (90 minutes from Philadelphia) that runs on the weekends from November 24th to December 22nd. Here is what is involved:

During your ride you will listen to this wonderful story, every child will be served hot chocolate and cookies ( parents who wear their PJ’s also will receive chocolate and cookies)   and visit with Santa. Every child will receive a very special bell  from Santa. Only those who believe can hear the sound of Santa’s sleigh bell, can you?

I am getting a whole crew of Henry’s friends together and we are going to make it a group thing! We are going to have a little movie party and then hit the rails.

Now there is some travel involved depending on where you are coming from and over all I think based on the below facts that this day is going to be a haul:

1. 90 minutes from Philadelphia.

2. You have to take a shuttle from the parking lot to the train.

3. The train ride is an hour and 20 minutes.

I must be out of my mind or already feeling the Christmas love to even attempt this but hey I had a great weekend, I am feeling crazy and Go Big or Go Home. Santa have mercy on my soul and give me patience.
