Affordable Skin Care Salon in Fishtown took a quick break from beautifying clients and gave themselves a facelift to go along with their new location. As one of my all time favorite “in the know” places it deserves a mention. This is the only place I know in the city that gives you uptown service at no fuss prices (basic facial $55). The buzz has been that the new space is beautiful so for the sake of the blog I had to go get a facial and check it out.
My facial was great as always and as for the new location I think owner, Mary Freihofner, finally found a space that matches the great experience she provides. Clean, bright and airy Affordable Skin Care’s new look and great service continues to make me feel like I am getting beauty for a steal.
