Our neighborhood is a like a little village in a major city. We have all of the benefits and challenges of living in a little village. You can’t walk very far before seeing someone you know. We shop at different small stores for things as if we live in a little village (we have no modern, large grocery store). There are plenty of places to find different kinds of food served by the characters in our neighborhood. We have a butcher, a baker, but no candlestick maker. In the middle of it all, we have the heart of our village: Rittenhouse Square, the world renown urban park. In the park we share our village with all walks of life.
